The Lilly Endowment put out some GREAT resources on effective video conferencing.

• Part 1 covers everything from the basics (signing up, joining a call) to more advanced skills (creating breakout groups, polling participants).
• Part 2 explores pedagogical question such as “why are we gathering” and “what are the takeaways for participants”.
• The final document offers some good resources for doing ministry online as well as “best practices” and helpful reminders for video calls.
